Ghostlines
This book is about a girl and her dog (Tilda and Moses) attempting to help a new boy settle into life on the small island of Ayrie. The new boy (Albie) comes from the mainland, and misses everything about it. He does not want to be stuck on a remote island away from his friends. So Tilda offers to take him to a forbidden island a boat ride away. I really enjoyed Katya Balen's storytelling, especially her descriptions of life on a small island and Davy's sad story. Her language is like reading a poem. My favourite character was Albie, because I think I relate to him - going to a new place and just wishing you could go home, until you make new friends. I also like how much he cares about the baby puffins. I would recommend this book to people who like adventure and miss home.

This book is about School Photo Day for Andrew, who wants to get a great photo taken for his Mum. The days goes horribly wrong, because of: a bully called Gene; a ketchup rocket which goes off course; a tampered-with science experiment and feeling like the world will end. I really enjoyed this book, especially the small illustrations which made me laugh.  I also think that the anxiety tips will really help when I'm nervous.  My favourite character was Andrew because I felt emotionally attached to him. When his Grandma, who has dementia, went missing, I felt very worried for him.  When Andrew had a panic attack I was scared and cringing because I thought everyone at school would laugh or make fun of him (they didn't). I would recommend this book to the worriers or children going through tough times.

Wolf Siren
I found the book very interesting and fascinating as it was a kind that I had never read before. I like how the story details that Red also has wolf like abilities and when she realises. I would give it a 8 out of 10 because it was very detailed in it's story and for the plot overall.

Chronicles of a Lizard Nobody
I found the book very unique as I had never read a book like it. The plot about how Zeke had to stand up to his bully and fight for himself is a strong role model for many people who find it hard to face troubles in their life. I would give this book an 8 out of 10 because it also makes you think in some parts and always has had me emerged inside the action.

I found this book very exciting and wonderful, as in the whole story, I have enjoyed every bit, especially at the end when Tilda's brother, Rowan came back to Ayrie to meet her. I would give this book a 9 out of 10 as the plot of the story had me thrilled and that ~I would like to recommend this to my friends.

I thought that the book was very enjoyable, and shows how many other people might have to cope with anxiety. There was also a strong impact when he had the panic attack, also showing how many people feel when they have one. I would give this book a 9 out of 10 as it had me hooked in throughout the whole story.
