Play
Play is meaningful, yet emotional. It showcases relationships, their change. Also it sets characters as an example to warn people about substance abuse and bad influences.

Treacle Town
Treacle Town is a very unique and captivating piece of literature. It also is very nice that it was writen by someone who has experienced the things he talks about. As well as that, it has some humour in it, too.

The Final Year
The Final Year is a very emotional and touching book. It reflects grief and struggles truly well. Very relatable.

Little Bang
This book is really amazing at pulling you and immersing you into the story whilst simultaneously urging you to ask yourself questions like "What if that were me?", "Why is this still allowed?" or "What would i have done?" Without breaking that immersion and McCaughrain uses that to her advantage in hammering this story to your soul. This book made me cry and left me thinking for a long time. An Amazing book.

The Things We Leave Behind
The Things we Leave Behind is a book relatable to my experiences. The story it tells is heartbreaking, but it deserves its ending. The main character undergoes a lot of change and it is delightful to see that she finds her happiness. The moral of the story is to be resilient and face hardships, so that it is alright in the end.

The Final Year
5 stars. I loved the friendships, the poems and the disaster. The drama of the tragedy when they figure out that Dylan had Congenital Heart Defect (CHD).Tragic yet entertaining. The falling out between PS and Nate was very sad because it was relatable.

All That It Ever Meant
"All that it ever meant" is a philosophical book with plenty of well-writen characters and relationships. At times it touched heavy and disturbing topics, such as life and death or one's perception of reality itself, so I think this book is good for those who read books to get themselves thinking.

The Final Year
4.5 stars. Brilliant story-telling and love the poems! The thing I didn't get was that the title of the poem was part of the poem so it took me a while to notice. Other than that, it is really easy to empathise with the character and feel his struggles as the story progresses. Can’t wait for the sequel!

Little Bang
I enjoyed Little Bang :) I thought that it was quite a unique idea and that it very well described both how Sid and Mel thought, how their ideas and wishes sometimes contradicted each other's and their parents. The author managed to tred around delicate topics with detail while not being distasteful. Very good book :)
