Ghostlines
I found this book very interesting to my usual genre in a good way. I found the book had a really slow start.

Daisy

Chronicles of a Lizard Nobody
I love this book as it mixes heart warming and comedy together nicely. I love how it has real facts about the animals and I love how there are no humans, just animals. Amazing book overall.

Valerie

Not Going To Plan
At first it seems like she is a normal rebellious kid, but when she transferred schools that's when the drama started. It's also a really good awareness for teens. It also has a very good plot to it. It's easy to get into as well.

Francesca

Chronicles of a Lizard Nobody
I found the book exciting and funny, with my favourite character being Zeke. However, I found it quite hard to understand the characters.

Daisy

Wolf Siren
This is a very enchanting story, that reminds me of Little Red Riding Hood. It contains magic, an excellent theme, perfect for escaping through reading.

Nina

Twenty Four Seconds from Now
This book was very good and engaging with very realistic themes. The characters have different upbringings that contrast with each other, bringing real relationships between them.

Nina

Chronicles of a Lizard Nobody
At first, I didn't think I'd like it as it looked really childish however it shocked me a lot. There were prominent themes of friendship and battling through hardship, which really inspired me, My favourite character was probably Zeke, which is rare as normally main characters aren't my favourite characters. But he was written with such a good complexity and was able to do what was right by saving his school. He also showed his heroism by saving the villain Pelicanassus. Finally, I also loved his argument with that female horse and the whole book was really funny. I'd definitely recommend for people to read it!

Birdie
Birdie is now my all-time favourite book. I would recommend for animal lovers. This is a touching story and a wonderful one. It also keeps you intrigued, never wanting to stop. 5 stars!

Armani

Ghostlines
This book is such a heart warming book. Demonstrating the struggle of immigrating and emigrating from one place to another. The main character Tilba is someone who I love, she is not perfect but she strives every single day to be

valerie

Wolf Siren
I love the allegory for feminism near the beginning as well as the murder mystery plotline. I love how impactful the sister's death was as well. My only issue with this book is how slow the mid point feels. Specifically between the murder and the meeting where the sister transforms.

William

Twenty Four Seconds from Now
An amazing love book. It's great for people who want love and comedy in 1! 10/10 I would recommend.

Megan

Ghostlines
I really enjoyed reading Ghostlines. This is because I liked the idea of it being set on a remote island where everyone knows each other. I really liked Tilda's determination to make Albie like Ayrie.

Iliana

Birdie
I really enjoyed reading this book. This is because it blends one of my favourite genres (historical fiction) with animals. My favourite character was Mr Duke because just like Birdie I know a lot about horses. If you like this book I would recommend reading 'When The Sky Falls' or any book by Michael Mopurgo.

Birdie
It 's a beautiful story filled with friendship and heartache. This book's for anyone who loves animals and a bit of adventure as well.

Ruby

Wolf Siren
It's a fantastic, engaging, phenomenal book full of intrigue and will keep you gripped till the very last page.

Twenty Four Seconds from Now
I love the way the story was presented with it going back in time to help us understand the characters and their back story.

I think it was an okay book but I found it a bit boring and I wanted to be able to quiz* on it so it wasn't good for me. *Accelerated Reader Quiz

Emma

Chronicles of a Lizard Nobody
I enjoyed this book and I found it interesting. It was a bit of a quicker read. Despite it not being my normal genre of book, I liked it and it has inspired me to read more books of that type. I would recommend to somebody looking for a slightly easier read. 4 stars!

Eloise

Ghostlines
Ghostlines is an amazing book. It talks about a girl and how a new boy came to the island to stay. I recommend this book to people who love trying new things. I didn't finish it because it was not for me. 4 stars!

Armani

Popcorn
It was a really good book about a kid with anxiety who's Grandma goes missing and has to face his biggest fear on photo day as well.

Kennedy

Birdie
I liked this book because I love animals and it got me stuck into it. My favourite character was Birdie herself. I think if the book was to have some pictures in it it would bring it to life a bit more. It is heart warming and an adventure.

Demi-Leigh

Chronicles of a Lizard Nobody
At first it was confusing but as you read on it makes a lot more sense but it also focused on his mental health. It's honestly amazing. The plot is really intriguing.

Francesca

Birdie
Birdie was such a heart warming story of a courageous little girl going through so much and how she still found the goodness in her heart to help an injured horse. Birdie is an incredible role model, fictional or non-fictional.

Valerie

Chronicles of a Lizard Nobody
This was a great book for younger readers that is fun, but also talks about bullying and friendship.

Freya

Not Going To Plan
I really enjoyed reading this book because it addresses some really important issues like consent and abortion. This story of empowerment is really good as an example of choosing your own path.

Freya

Wolf Siren
I really enjoyed reading this book because wolves are some of my favourite animals and I loved the twists and turn within this book. I almost cried near the end of the book but I was satisfied with the ending.
