Twenty Four Seconds from Now
This book was not good. I like the concept and idea of it but it was not executed well. I did not enjoy the format it was written in and you can tell the author has no clue how real teenagers act. Nobody in this book acted in a relatable way. It wasn't the fact of having intercourse for the first time but rather the style and way it was written. The grammar didn't make sense, as it was more slang term that nobody uses. There were a lot of scenes that just simply wouldn't happen in real life. Like how his mother pulled out a bra in public and started interrogating him about it. She went on to teach him about how to make a girl feel good, which again, is a good concept but the setting and way it was written made it feel uncomfortable and not good. Overall, this book was just common sense that people should have but someone needed to write about it. More people need to hear what the book was about but it was written so poorly that I just simply wouldn't suggest it.

The general story may be a little too childish for me as the plot is not too interesting.

To be honest although the principles were good, the story may be a little too childish for me. I would recommend it to Year 7 perhaps as it may be more intriguing for them!

I only read a few chapters of this book but I can't say I felt like it was made for me. It's main character is a year seven struggling with anxiety and I felt it was very childish. If you are someone who struggles immensely with anxiety, this book is one hundred percent made for you. He talks about the struggles and how it feels. It includes a lot of scatter-brained illustrations that make the book a very quick and easy read. I didn't enjoy it as I am not the target audience it was made for. If you don't *heavily* struggle with anxiety this is not for you. I cannot say I enjoyed it as anxiety was mentioned in every other page and because of this, it felt like it had no plot to it.

This is a fantastic book for people who enjoy unexpected unbreakable bonds that face challenges and adapting to new places while making new friends. A definite 10/10 and is very relatable for people who feel that they do not fit in.

Wolf Siren
I only read a couple chapters of this book but I really enjoyed it and would definitely continue. The prologue hooks you perfectly with the premise of magic, mystery and intrigue. I also loved the hinting of children's stories involving wolves such as "The Three Little Pigs". I think this is a very interesting book with a nice amount of comedy and mystery. Would definitely recommend.

The Boy I Love
Lovely romance story, accurate with history facts. Would rate a 8 out of 10. Writes about some major wars like the battle of the Sommes. Touches on discrimination against LGBTQ people and identity. Would read again, and would recommend to others.

Not Going To Plan
Very informative book based on the termination of pregnancies. It provides statistics and the thoughts of a young girl going through this personal option. I think it's deeply important in the media that more girls know they aren't alone when terminating pregnancy and this book just proves that whatever option you choose, it's yours to make and whether you keep the pregnancy is up to you or not. It was funny and informative at the same time. I would recommend this to anyone who would read it.

Twenty Four Seconds from Now
I only read 2 chapters of this book and I think the theme is really good for giving an insight into how a man/boy feels about intimacy and sex in a relationship as there is usually a heavy focus on the woman/girl's feelings. I think it could be very useful for young men struggling with relationships, anxiety and other strong feelings. Personally it wasn't a book for me but I do believe it may be helpful for a specific audience.
