Ghostlines
Ghostlines is an amazing book with brilliantly timed tension and uses amazing techniques to bring out sadness, tension, and feelings with the characters.
It's amazing, and I love the story and how the characters develop through the books, and the emotions that come through it.

Not Going To Plan
I read Not going to plan.
I found it very graphic, but I do think people should be educated and realise the reality of teenage pregnancies. I thought that the friendship between Marnie and Zed was very sweet and i thought that including both Zed's and Marnie's perspectives really helped me understand the story better.
Overall, i had mixed feelings about this book, so i would rate it a 3/5.

Twenty Four Seconds from Now
I think it was a very interesting read. They had heavy themes but they explored them in a humorous way. In the ways of cons, I do think some of the scenes dragged on for a very long time and occasionally got boring. The characters were occasionally written in a way that felt he was trying to be too relatable and it fell flat. I would rate the book 4/10 due to a nice structure but the characters often felt like stereotypes and many scenes dragged on for to long.

Ghostlines
I really enjoyed Ghostlines because it had a lot of mystery in it and it never got boring to read. The main character is this girl called Tilda and after Albie comes over to the island from the mainland, he doesn't enjoy it. Albie gives Tilda two days to change his mind about the island. she shows him lots of different places on the island that seem magical and intriguing. It is a book that can definitely be read by all sorts of people and ages and will be enjoyable as well. My favourite character was Tilda because she persevered when trying to make Albie think differently about the island and she was brave, inspiring and energetic. I would highly recommend the book and it is an easy read that is super enjoyable.

Not Going To Plan
i found not going to plan a relating book for some people, not me but it educated me and people could learn from Marnie's mistakes. i think that everyone should have a friend like Zed and that people should be more carefully. the structure of the pages was a bit jarring. probably recommend for people older than 13 as it is a bit graphic.

The Boy I Love
I think this book was really good, show the life of two people having to go through the war with even more to lose than others and how the LGBTQ+ community was so different even 100 years ago, the people in this book all feel real and you can see into their side of the story when it comes to the secretive side of being gay in the army. Both of the main characters were so sweet and both have interesting back stories and lives.

Chronicles of a Lizard Nobody
this book is interesting. Although it can be confusing at times it is hilarious and off piste.
This book is amazing once you really dig in. It is a playful style of presenting characters. Bullies, hall monitors and a badass blind hawk.

Not Going To Plan
I found it an interesting book, that worked with some interesting topics. I found it very hard to read at the start, but towards the end it god a bit better, i would not recommend to anyone bellow the age of 16. I thought it covered some topics that needed to be covered and i thought it did it in a good way, but i just didn't love the book personally. I would rate it 5/5 because i think someone else might like it.

Popcorn
This book is quite interesting as it's playful art-style and storytelling from the mind of a teenage boy mixes with the very real problems of dealing with anxiety, bullies, and Alzheimer's. A great book for readers who are looking for something short and fun to read
