Coombe Critica
Popcorn
Popcorn was a fun book to read with lots of hidden depth about anxiety. It is written in a way that makes it easy to understand those who suffer from it and also helps those who do. Miss has used the pictures to explain how she feels sometimes. It is a clever book.

Popcorn
Popcorn is a great book for explaining anxiety. It gave me a better understanding of it and how I can help others when they are having a bad day.
Thank you for this opportunity.

Wolf Siren
This book suprised me. I didn't think I would like it very much but it was brilliant. It is dark yet hopeful. It was gripping and I did not want to put it down. I liked Red - she is strong, clever and kind. All the plot twists kept me on the edge of my feet. I would recommend it to all ages and think adults should read it to as it is so good!

Not Going To Plan
This is a book for older students, maybe Year 10 upwards. I like that it is in verse. It is an important book.

Wolf Siren
I thought this book was fantastic. Initially, I wasn't sure if I would enjoy it but how wrong was I! It is the story of Red and her trials and tribulations of dealing with her family trauma (wolves) who we have completely misunderstood when we compare the the original fairytale. It showed me that often there is more to a story then you initially think and that made me desperate to read on. I can't wait to read more by this author.
Thank you for this opportunity.

Popcorn
Popcorn was such a fun book with a very serious message about anxiety. I found the illustrations really helpful as well. I would love to read more books by this author.
