I loved this book. It was amazing and most importantly, it had lots of brilliant illustrations. I felt that the story it’s self was heart warming and I truly I loved it. The bower bird was so cute. His name was Bert. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the age group 2-10 years old.

The Tree and the River
I like how it tells the whole story just using pictures! I didn't know that was possible! I like how it's like a circle because humans come and build houses and then they go. Then, more people come! I think it's a really good book and it shows people's influence on the wildlife.

The Tree and the River
The book had lots of details on it. On one or two of the pages, it had a lovely shimmering effect, which I thought was beautiful! Also it had lots of little people in the drawing. I loved the illustrations.

The Midnight Panther
I like the colours the author used and there is SO much detail. It must have taken the author a very long time. I like that there is lots of patterns and decorations on the panther. I like that there are a lot of animals too. Also there are lots of cats. (Cats are my favourite animal so I like that there is lots of them).

April's Garden
This book was very good and it had lots of amazing drawings in it. On one or two pages, the artist used a variety of different colours. I enjoyed it but it’s not my favourite because I did not like that majority of the setting were drawn using dark and grey colours.

To the Other Side
This book was great and subtlety shows the terror that refugees have to go through. I did not understand why they were wearing masks, but I am sure that the reason why is a reason that would make sense. I would rate this book 8 out of 10. I believe that to push it to a ten out of ten, it would need some more beautiful illustrations. Since this book has some very subtle meanings, I would say that this book is suitable for 7 to 10 year olds.

The Tree and the River
I thought the book was really good. The illustrations were pretty much perfect and told the story beautifully. I found a hidden meaning from the book; it was if humanity develops too much, everything could come crashing down. You do not have to be able to read to enjoy this because there are NO words, just pictures.

I liked this book because I loved the pictures and it was really, really funny. The book is about a polar bear that gets lost. The story tells children how to be kind to one another, as she takes care of the poor bear.

To the Other Side
I loved reading this book and found it really interesting. The story made me think about how difficult life can be for children who are refugees, who are forced to leave their homes to find safety. The illustrations of the children in the book, were always bright and colourful and this made me think that this inspires hope for children who are refugees. I really loved the Mexican masks.
