Chronicles of a Lizard Nobody
The Chronicles of Lizard Nobody, is an excellent book written by an outstanding author no wonder he has two Carnegie medals already. I thought that the settings , plot and characters were all very believable. I don’t think it is aimed at kids my age but it was still enjoyable.

I chose not to finish Birdie, I thought that the book had a good idea behind it but it was a little to obvious of what was going to happen next. In my opinion this made the book not enjoyable.

Wolf Siren
Wolf Siren is by far one of the best books I've ever read. It shows how girls don't give up, even when things are tough. Red may be blind, but that doesn't stop her from being guided by nature. This book is kind of showing Red's mental journey to discover who she truly wants to be. If I could describe this book with one word, I would choose "wild" as it explains how Red is characterised in this story. However, the part that stood out to me was when [SPOILER DELETED]. I wasn’t expecting this sort of attitude from him. I thought he was a nice person. In my opinion, I think Wolf Siren should win this award.

The Chronicles Of A Lizard Nobody was an...interesting story. There was no clear plot but the theme of friendship was evident in the book. The book is very relatable, so it's like reviewing everyday life. The pictures explained the book further, and it was very entertaining to read. Overall, I think this book would get an 8.5/10. We should get a part 2!

Wolf Siren
Whilst Wolf Siren does start off a bit slow after page 30 the story quickly starts unravelling. I liked how Red always pushed through even in parts of the story when she was scared of what she had to do next, as a reader it helps you connect to her and also get inspired. Also I am heavily in favour of the setting in a dark magic forest packed with wolves as it helps set the mood and also brings forth the storyline with it. The scene where Red visits Mrs Blaeberry's was what first encouraged me to keep reading. Overall I think Wolf Siren is a great book for its mystery and adventure that is easy to picture yourself in.

I really enjoyed this book as it really told the story of Red from her perspective and how blind people are guided by magic and nature. I loved the theme and the adventures Red went on to discover why Caragh disappeared.

I loved this book, I loved how it captured the element of post-war racism, the setting and the challenges Birdie faced whilst also overcoming it.

This book is very interesting and is important in raising mental health and anxiety attacks. Although it is good, most of the story was boring and it didn't seem to catch my attention enough.

I found this book very interesting, the adventures and challenges Albie faced were important in his character development with Tilda. I enjoyed this book/

I really enjoyed this book and found it very intriguing and funny but the storyline seems quite random at times and it seems to be aimed at younger readers.

Wolf Siren
Wolf Siren has been my favourite out of all the books. I just love how Beth O’Brien has retold Little Red Riding Hood creating an engaging novel and amazing setting. Most of the characters are believable, and the environment created is imaginable, I could picture myself in this scene.
