The Mockingjays
Wolf Siren
Wolf siren was a good read, hard to put down. The main themes are wolves and female leadership. I would recommend it for a 10+ audience as it is quite dark and includes some mature themes. My favourite aspect was the fact that you discovered the secrets at the same time as the main character. I loved the book and would recommend to those who love mystery and adventure stories.

Chronicles of a Lizard Nobody
I adore Patrick Ness' books but this one was completely different and I'm ashamed to say, not one of my favourites! I found it so totally bonkers that I couldn't quite get on board - maybe because I listened to it as an audio, meant I lost the joy of the illustrations, but this one wasn't for me - sorry Mr Ness!

Ghostlines
It is a nice read but more designed for 9-10 aged children and has a very obvious plot. I did give up unfortunately!

Not Going To Plan
Not Going To Plan is a really gripping story with an amazing plot. However, the book layout isn't the greatest and there are some mature themes but overall the book is a really good one to read. I would definitely recommend!

Twenty Four Seconds from Now
Twenty-Four-Seconds is a very good and interesting book! Slightly confusing as it goes back in time, then forward and back again. WARNING: Very mature themes and activities. Overall all a very good book and definitely recommend to any one 14 or over!!

Such an amazing book! I loved the story and all the characters and their different personalities and how an important topic can be taught through a wonderful story of friendship and also a history lesson! I would definitely recommend this book to any readers who love stories about animals and friendship with some important lessons!
