The Paragons
The Boy I Love
I am almost at the end of the book and it has interested me more than I thought. Although this is not the genre I would usually choose, I thought this book was well-written and quite factual about what life in the trenches would have been like in WWI. The characters are interesting and I was curious to see how their story unfolds. I probably will finish this book and even if it may not have been one I would have chosen for myself, I can imagine others would enjoy it and find it both entertaining and educational.

Ghostlines
This is an amazing book. It's appropriate for all ages! I would highly recommend reading this. This is a great book for the reader who likes adventures, friendship etc. I would literally die for this book because I want to read it over and over again and feel like I am reading it for the first time. This book has lots of characters but my favourite is Tilda because I think I am adventurous just like her. this book is about a new boy, arriving to the island of Ayrie and trying to settle down even though he hates Ayrie and this is when Tilda stepped in to show the real beauty of Ayrie. So will Albie change his perspective of Ayrie and make his decision to stay there? This story is inspiring and nostalgic and it made me read faster just to see what happens next. We can learn a lot from Tilda as she takes dangerous risks. The thing that stood out most to me is accepting big, unwanted life changes and building trust in new friendships. Overall this book is absolutely amazing so I would 100% recommend you to read this!!

Birdie
This was a very interesting read for me, especially because its not a book I would usually go for. However i was captivated by the beauty of the story and its ability to tie everything together so wonderfully in the conclusion.
This book explores themes of change and adaptation, showing how difficult it can sometimes be, especially when it is unfamiliar. Although Birdie was labelled as "different" and struggled to fit in at first, she never backed down from who she was. Her kindness and selfless nature granted her a friend with whom she could relate: Her stallion Mr Duke. Although not a human, that did not stop them from growing a deep connection and becoming inseparable. Although they faced many difficulties, they both managed to pull through and found comfort in their home, Barrington Dale.
