Wiggling Words
We really enjoyed sharing Wiggling Words. We thought the style of the illustrations was very imaginative and inventive and it was fun to have a go at designing our own creatures using letters. The camel in the book was our favourite. It was really interesting and helpful to learn a bit more about what it is like to have dyslexia.

The Playdate
It was a clever use of the illustrations. It was very interesting. It made us feel a bit sad at the end when we realised what was really happening. The pictures weren't that clear and we were not sure what was happening in the background. We had to really concentrate to work out the story. A really good effort!

The Paper Bridge
We thought The Paper Bridge was a really sweet story that teaches us that even though we are different, we can still get along. The illustration of the house was really decorative. We liked the creative style. We thought it was a little curious that Anya's hair was blue! It has inspired us to have a go at kirigami.

The Sleeper Train
Very colourful… a wonderful adventure of the imagination. The owl search is a highlight. Probably best for younger children (3-6).

The Sleeper Train
I really like the colourful illustrations, but I think the book was for children younger than us. I also think that it was really fun when you had to spot the pink owl.
