Shrapnel Boys
This book was AMAZING and I loved it. It was inspiring , Ronnie and Micky were presented with a situation that was really confusing and hard to navigate but they succeeded after all with a positive outcome at the end of the story.

On the Wall
On the Wall is a heartfelt book that make people think that they can do everything and anything if they try. I think that this book can inspire and make us feel happy and good about ourselves.

Tallulah-Jennifer

Shrapnel Boys
This book was very immersive and was saddening at times due to the loss and the terrible re -told reality of the Blitz during World War Two. The re-bonding of the brothers was a very heartfelt moment after all they go through their resilience is commendable.

Shrapnel Boys
This book was so informative. I would read this book again because it's so good, this story will stay with me forever. I highly recommend this amazing book to others and even my future children. It saddened me in parts and made my heart ache. The loss hurt me. I'm happy for the main characters Ronnie and Micky for being resilient and getting through the blitz. I cried tears of joy, at the ending. 5 stars.

Black Star
It was a really good. It was a mix of verse and prose. The book was about a girl who was faced with racism. It was a really inspiring.

Birdie
This book was so impactful and I really connected with the main character - Birdie. It has a great storyline and accurately expresses how racism feels and focuses on the minority which is extremely overshadowed. This book made me experience a whirlwind of emotions happy and sad ( a few tears in the last couple chapters). One of my best reads for sure and would definitely recommend.
