Wolf and Bear
Wolf and bear I like it because it’s about a bear and wolf that are best friends but then bear goes in the shadow then does not want to play but when wolf sings bear likes it and becomes friends with wolf again

Ruby

Wolf and Bear
I liked this story because it was about friendship and I like stories about friendship

Sofia

The Invisible Story
The invisible story is about a book that is hidden because it has no colours and it’s at the back of a bookshelf and no one reads at but it’s in braille and a blind girl reads it. It’s good and I would recommend the book to KS2 person. I would like it if it had braille and I could touch it

Eva

Homebody
The illustrations are very creative. I think it could have been a bit better but I love the moral of this book. I would recommend this to people who like to read comics or books in first person. I like the comic style of the book. The boy is creative like the style of the book as if he wrote it.

Una

I Love Books
I have to say that I love this book and it reminds me of how I feel when I start to read books I didn’t like them before I read this book .🎀

Halle

Flying High
Flying high is a good colourful book. It has a lot of pages but not too many words. I would recommend it to years 3s and 4s because it has colours and lots of pages and not too many words so I think that is middle age people. I like this book and what I would change about it is it should have less pages

Norah

Clever Crow
Clever crows I really like this book because it tells me what crows can do that I never knew and at the start it shows all different eggs and at the end it shows the birds hatched

Ruby

Clever Crow
This wasn’t the best of books. I don’t mind non-fiction books, but this one was a bit boring as it was about how clever crows are. I do like the pictures at the start and end of the book. I like to compare the birds from when they were eggs to when they’re hatched. If you are interested in birds then I would highly recommend this book. If not, I would maybe give it a try but it would probably be boring.

Cleo

I Love Books
I love books is about a girl who doesn’t like books but her teacher asks her to read a full book through the summer term. Once she starts reading a book she likes it and she can’t stop reading the book but she has to stop. She’s really sad. I would recommend this book to someone who doesn’t like books I wouldn’t change anything I really like it!

Eva

The Invisible Story
Invisible It’s okay because it’s about a lonely book in the corner by a blind girl but nobody likes it because it has only got braille i would recomend this to KS2 and KS1

Ruby

Grey
I like grey because it’s got very interesting cut outs in the illustrations

Sofia

Clever Crow
I like the illustrations, especially the one with the horse. The eggs at the start are cool

Una

I Love Books
I love books It’s good because in school the teacher says that in the term you have to read a book but this girl doesn’t like books so she went home and told her mom but her mom said let’s go to the library. She goes to the library and picks out a book and she loves it and it gets in her imagination. I would recommend this to KS2

Ruby

Letters in Charcoal
I felt really sad because she got a letter from someone who knows how to read and write but she didn’t know how to read and write. I would recommend this book for people that are older than 7 to read this book

Halle

I Love Books
I think the illustrations were very cute and cartoony and I like that art stile. It’s very creative because they but colours around the characters head to show that she’s thinking hard.

Una

Letters in Charcoal
I really like this book. I love the illustrations because the colours really suit the story. I would recommend this book to older children as some younger children may not understand the story. This story is very sad but in the end it is a bit more joyful. I really like the page at the back that tells you what life was like in the 1500s in Colombia, Palenque.

Cleo

Letters in Charcoal
I don’t really like it because I don’t understand what it is trying to tell me

Sofia

Letters in Charcoal
Letters in charcoal is about when only a few people can read or write but then this kind man teaches a girl how to read and write and she teaches everyone it’s really sad I would recommend it but it doesn’t really make sense that much to me.

Eva

Grey
I like the moral of the story. I also love the illustrations

Una

Letters in Charcoal
Letters in charcoal is a good book but also sad because it’s about this town who cannot read and only one person can. Then this girl learns how to read then teaches other people but then she reads a letter that for Gina and the letters says that this person is leaving. I'd recommend it to KS2 children.

Ruby

Letters in Charcoal
I think the story was sad but it was also interesting. The pictures are nice.

Una

Letters in Charcoal
Letters in charcoal is a good book but it is more for older kids because it has hard words. It could have more colourful colours. I would probably recommend it to older kids.

Norah

Clever Crow
What happens in this book is it talks about the life’s of crows. I like this book because at the start it has these eggs and at the end it shows the eggs hatch and you can spot the difference between the eggs and the crows. I think it could have more colour because it is just black and white.

Norah

I Love Books
This book is about a girl who hates reading books and then loves reading books because the story comes to life. I like this book because it has good adjectives and noun phrases. I think it could have a bit more colour but the rest of the book is great. I would recommend this to years 3 and 4 and 5

Norah

Wolf and Bear
What I like about this book is that the pictures make the story come to life. What I think could improve is it needs more words. I definitely would recommend it to everyone

Norah

Clever Crow
The book is about the different types of crows. The thing I like the most of are the illustrations of the eggs at the start and the hatched version at the end. I would recommend this book to someone in KS2. The thing I would change are the colours because they are kind of boring like nude colours.

Eva

Clever Crow
This book is about different crows and how they live. I loved that it showed the eggs at the start of the book and at the end it showed how they hatched so you could see the difference. There is lots of interesting information and the illustrations that go with it are fabulous although there could be more colour. It teaches us lots about crows that are interesting. I would recommend to KS2 children and older.
