Clever Crow
The style of illustration is very unique and inspires interest, whether that's with the visible rubbing out of the drawings, showing that the process took quite a long time and maybe conveying the message that mistakes make beauty, or with the motif of newspaper possibly symbolising that although the crows have had a poor portrayal by the media they are still fun and peaceful creatures, teaching young children to not judge a book by it's cover.

I like how detailed the front cover is but in terms of the actual story, it feels as if it ends too soon. If you added a story mountain layout it would have been better but other than that I love the illustration and the message!

The illustrations were quite extravagant and unique, which kept me thoroughly engaged with the themes presented. The moral of the story was also very heartwarming, however the plot really just lacked anything that made the process of reading it fun or of substance.

I like how the illustrations have that texture like a crayon and look slightly scribbled, I also like how they aren't perfectly neat or in the lines.
