I like this book because some people are at war .I think the pictures really tell the story.I like that this story had a happy ending because some wars don’t have a happy ending and some one has to lose .

All of children are named after the months of the year.One of the little boys is a scardey cat and is scared of the wilderness his mother and father tried to teach him that there was nothing to be afraid of and eventually he came across to their way of thinking now he learnt a lesson and they lived happly.

My alternative ending is that the boy goes in the cupboard and gets a stamp and box with holes in it.He puts the polar bear in the box and puts the box in an Amazon plane .When the plane lands all the bears crowed around him and starts asking questions like “where were you “and”we missed you”. THE END. I would not take the bear in because my mum and dad would not be happy and not help ( especially mum).

It’s about a bear that is lost. He found this girl and she bought the bear home got him a bath.He got dressed. the girl searched on google and got a thick blanket and wrapped the bear up and made him feel cosy and the girl put a hook on the zip line and suddenly a helicopter lifted him up and the polar bear got home safely and was happy.
